Premise

Anything directly hackable onto a set (EVs, IVs, forme, ability, item, and move) and is usable in local battles is allowed.

Banlist and Clauses

Banlist:

• Arena Trap
• Innards Out
• Last Respects
• Neutralizing Gas
• Revival Blessing
• Shadow Tag
• Shed Tail

Clauses:

• DryPass Clause (Baton Pass can only be used to pivot, and cannot send anything)
• Forme Clause (only one of each Pokémon form may be used. As an example, two Mewtwo-Mega-Xs are not allowed on the same team, but Arceus-Fairy and Arceus Steel is)
• Freeze Clause (only one Pokémon at a time may be frozen)
• Sleep Clause (only one Pokémon at a time may be asleep)
